Our College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences Sport Psychology Lab is a space reserved for FSU students and faculty to privately consult with athletes/performers, conduct research/experiments using our state-of-the-art equipment, or hold meetings/lessons for small groups of students. If the lab is not being used for any of these purposes, it can also simply be used as a quiet space to study or conduct meetings. The lab has ClearTouch Interactive Display, desktop computers, and a conference table for 8.
Additionally, the space has equipment that can be used in the lab (e.g., Dynavision, Thought Tech ProComp Infiniti Biofeedback) or can be checked out to be used for consulting or research outside of the lab (iPads, eVu biofeedback, FITLIGHTs). However, competence in using the equipment will need to be demonstrated before equipment can be checked out.
To guarantee you are able to use the lab or a piece of equipment at a specific time, be sure to make a reservation. If you do not have access to the lab on your FSU Card, or if you have any questions about accessing the lab or reserving lab equipment, please contact Alec Treacy prior to making a reservation.
